Behaviour Policy, DPR Bloxflow School  

At DPR Bloxflow, we believe that respectful conduct is essential for a thriving community. Our behaviour policy ensures that all students and staff contribute to a safe, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment.  

Core Principles:  

- Promote self-discipline, mutual respect, and digital responsibility  

- Uphold the values of the DPR Charter, including privacy, integrity, and inclusion  

- Ensure consistency and fairness in how we manage behaviour throughout the school  

Expected Behaviour:  

- Follow school routines and role-based responsibilities  

- Treat others kindly and respectfully, both online and offline  

- Protect confidential data and avoid misusing digital systems  

- Engage positively in learning and maintain the republic’s academic standards  

Rewards & Recognition:  

- Citizenship Points for positive contributions  

- Public praise in assemblies or on digital dashboards  

- Opportunities for leadership roles and special privileges within the community  

Sanctions & Interventions:  

- Verbal reminders and restorative conversations  

- Temporary restrictions from certain areas or systems  

- Fixed-term internal suspension or tribunal review for serious violations  

All sanctions are proportionate and follow safeguarding protocols  

Legal & Ethical Boundaries:  

Behaviour that breaks the Computer Misuse Act, GDPR, or safeguarding rules may lead to exclusion or a referral to external authorities. Impersonation, data theft, or harassment is strictly prohibited.  

Support & Reintegration:  

- Behaviour mentoring and digital ethics workshops  

- Involvement of families and tailored support plans  

- Opportunities for reflection and reintegration into the learning community
